Amor Architectural Corporation is currently working with FedEx to renovate and re-brand their existing World Service Centers nationwide. We provide FedEx with Program Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Permitting, Architecture, Engineering, Design and Due Diligence services as a part or our partnership with FedEx. These sites range in size from 500 sq. ft. to 2500 sq. ft. To date we have designed 300+ locations throughout the country and are currently completing renovations of 100 of those locations. Going forward we are partnering with FedEx to complete the remaining locations over the coming years.
Smart & Final Extra!
Recently named “West Retailer of the Year,” Smart & Final Stores, Inc. operates approximately 250 grocery and foodservice stores under the “Smart & Final”, “Smart & Final Extra!” and “Cash&Carry Smart Foodservice” banners in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and northern Mexico. As the leading tire and wheel retailer in the United States, Discount Tire Company (DTC) continues to grow and serve more than 40 million customers nationwide. Over the last seven years, Discount Tire Company’s Construction Department and Amor Architectural Corporation have collaborated to construct over 200 stores in 25 states. Each store has been designed to meet local Architectural themes, Zoning Ordinances, and Site Restrictions while ensuring corporate identity and standards are maintained. Although Discount Tire Company prides itself in maintaining a clean operation, there is an inherent stigma associated with automotive service and repair, which often creates local opposition. 99 Cents Stores is a well known deep-discount retailer with 350 retail stores in California, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada. Amor Architectural Corporation recently managed 20 projects in 9 States, ranging from California, Dallas, New York, Florida, Virginia and Arizona. We provided several services such as Tenant Improvement, as-built surveys, code compliance, and permit issuance. Frederick’s of Hollywood
Frederick’s of Hollywood is a well-known retailer of women’s lingerie in the United States, with stores in many modern shopping malls across the USA. Amor Architectural Corporation has provided the lingerie retailer with creative and cost effective design solutions to suit the client’s diverse site locations. Amor Architectural Corporation has worked closely with our clients to provide the best prototypical designs and store layout to maximize the retailer’s product. Amor has managed 5 projects in 5 States, ranging from Nevada to Florida.
Established over 20 years ago with the opening of its first store in San Diego, California, Seafood City is recognized as the “home away from home” for Filipino / Asians in the United States. Seafood City has 20 locations serving the Los Angeles, San Diego, Northern California, Las Vegas and Seattle areas. Amor Architectural Corporation has recently completed three stores – one in Irvine, Rancho Cucamonga and Las Vegas. Our scope includes Exterior Design, Entitlements, Remodel, as well as a full Tenant Build-Out.
The Falls at Mesquite
A condominium complex located in Mesquite, Nevada. Defect repairs included repairs of leaking roofs, elevated decks and landings and coating of building envelope. It also had fire wall repairs performed at the rated assemblies, as well as, plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs at unit interiors. Due to the geographic location of the property it also required re-grading in between the majority of the buildings to allow water to discharge without causing erosion. All items were efficiently and cost effectively designed and managed by our team.

Meridian Private Residences
Located near the MGM Hotel just off the Las Vegas Strip. The twenty year old complex has multiple defective building components causing severe water intrusion. Scope of repair includes roof repairs, waterproofing of elevated decks and walking surfaces, waterproofing at podium slab, and installation of new rain gutter systems.

Park Avenue Condominiums
This high end condominium project just off the Las Vegas Strip required a new roof be installed at all buildings. We chose a single ply TPO roof membrane that provided a 15 year warranty and gave the added benefit of a high reflectance ratio which helps to reduce air conditioning costs in the summer. Other repairs include sump pumps in electrical rooms to address periodic flooding, elastomeric coating of stucco, recoating of balcony decks and slurry seal of the parking lot.
