received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan and is a licensed architect in forty eight (48) states and DC. He is also CASp Certified, RAS and ICC Certified in fourteen categories. His specialties are accessibility issues and fire- and life-safety provisions of State and Locally adopted Codes and Regulations. Bill’s project experience is in retail, restaurant, multi-family, high-rise evaluation, design and construction. He also has extensive experience in coordinating with various State and Local Jurisdictions and agencies throughout the western United States including: records departments, planning, zoning, building, pubic works, fire departments, police departments, Access Board, Pacific ADA, DOJ, HUD, REAC-HUD, DGS, DSA-AC, DSA-SS, CEQA, California Coastal Commission, Health Departments and TDLR.
has over 40 years experience in the fields of architecture and civil engineering. His background encompasses hands-on project management of Retail, Grocery/Food, Commercial, Mixed Use and Low Rise Office projects. Completed projects range from single buildings to large shopping centers. The scope included entitlements, construction documents and services through the end of construction. As Director of Business Development, Bill oversees the overall business development efforts as well as business operations of the firm ensuring clarity of scope in our agreements and the oversight over project financials to ensure project efficiencies for our clients.
is an architect with over twenty-five years of creative and practical broad-based architectural design experience. Prior to joining his brother’s firm, Andrew was the design director for some of Atlanta’s largest architecture and engineering firms. Although he’s designed some of the world’s most complex research laboratories and skyscrapers, he enjoys best of all those projects that make an impact on how people interact and live. These projects have been multi-family residences, restaurants, main street mixed-use developments, churches, high schools, student activity buildings and community centers. His greatest fulfillment comes from creatively helping his clients realize their objectives and highest aspirations. Andrew is passionate about striving to leave the built world a better place for living.
is currently a Project/Program Manager with 15+ yrs. career in the architectural and engineering industry with an expertise in areas such as custom residential, restaurants, food service design, commercial interiors, big box retail and commercial retail. Over the years he has accumulated the skills and tools to lead teams and deliver a quality product. From conceptual design to project close out, his experience has taught him how to manage and perform at a high level through communication and leadership, which allow him and his team to complete his projects on time and on budget.
brings forty years of experience with her extensive background strengths in operation management, construction management, accounting, construction law and business process re-engineering in both commercial and residential construction management and production. Previously she was part of the management team in charge of global construction with Hilton Hotels Corporation, and also a partner in an architectural design and construction management firm that for the last 14 years has focused on raising the bar in the HOA construction defect industry. With approximately eighty HOA successful projects, she along with her longtime team of experts, provide the experience necessary to manage and deliver a successful project from conception through completion.
